Reservations are required for both members and non-members and will be in 2.5 hour time slots, with one play session in the morning and one in the afternoon. This will allow staff time to deeply disinfect and adequately ventilate between sessions. Reservations will also allow the museum to limit the number of visitors at one time to 75 to help with social distancing.

Do I need a ticket?
No, you do not need to print your ticket or receipt. Simply give the front desk staff your name upon arrival and they will check you in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, unless your cancellation is due to illness or COVID-related quarantine. Please let CMOO know 24 hours before your reservation date and time if you are unable to visit so that we can make room for others. If you would like to reschedule your visit please contact the Museum at 315-216- 6387.
I am a member do I need to reserve a spot?
Yes! Per New York State guidelines CMOO is required to operate at limited capacity. In order to ensure that there is enough space in the museum to allow groups to socially distance all visitors must reserve their spot so that we do not have too many visitors at one time.
I have a day of play pass/ am eligible for a discount, how do I check out?
Select the appropriate discounts on the drop down menu. Upon arrival you will be asked to present an ID that corresponds to your discount, or your Day of Play passes. If you fail to present ID you will be charged full price. CMOO offers discounts for active duty military, EBT cardholders, and Novelis employees. We also participate in the Association of Children’s Museums Reciprocal Membership program. Please read more about these discounts on the “Visit” page of our website for eligibility and restrictions.
