Medical Information Form—A Must for Drop-Off Programs
Every child attending a CMOO drop-off program needs a Medical Information Form on record. This form is separate from event registration and only has to be completed once per child each year. Sharing up-to-date allergy, medication, and emergency contact details lets our team act swiftly and keep everyone safe. We store the information securely for 12 months, then request an update. Thanks for helping us ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all!

Join the CMOO Summer Olympics, where kids become champions of creativity, teamwork, and STEM! Build your own Olympic dream team, design a bold team logo, craft your own flag, and gear up for friendly competition in races, jumps, and hands-on challenges.

Get ready to create your own games and learn how designers think about building games. This is a week of fun strategy, creativity and friendly competition. We will explore classic board games, and immerse ourselves into the art of game creation, brainstorming innovative concepts and crafting rules that spark excitement. We will also work on physical challenges that test coordination, endurance, and balance as we play games that focus on good sportsmanship and challenge our limits as we foster teamwork.
Artistic Explosion – August 11-15, 2025
Get ready for a bold, bright adventure into the science of color! Kids will explore how light, reflection, and mixing pigments come together to make art pop—combining STEM + creativity every step of the way.
