Giving Tuesday 2024

What is Giving Tuesday?

Giving Tuesday, is a global movement that encourages people to give back to their communities and support charitable causes. It takes place annually on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving in the United States, following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The idea is to shift the focus from consumerism to philanthropy, creating a day dedicated to giving, whether through donations, volunteering, or other acts of kindness. This year, we’re joining this powerful movement with our own campaign: #CMOOGIVINGTUESDAY24! Please donate today!

How Your Donations Make a Difference

This Giving Tuesday, your support will help the Children’s Museum of Oswego fund essential programs, exhibit maintenance, and operational costs, ensuring that children and families can continue to enjoy a space for learning, creativity, and play. Your generosity keeps the joy and discovery alive at CMOO—every dollar makes a difference in sustaining our beloved community resource.
