General Admission Holiday Schedule
The Children’s Museum of Oswego will be closed on the following holidays so our staff and volunteers can celebrate with their families:
Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & New Years Day.

The Children’s Museum of Oswego offers FREE adult admission days every month with the purchase of a child’s admission! It’s the perfect opportunity for families to explore, play, and create unforgettable memories together.

Military Discount
We proudly offer a discounted admission of $8 to active-duty military members, including those in the active Reserve and National Guard, as well as retired and veteran service members.
To receive the discount:
Please present an active-duty, retired, or veteran military ID.
Family members must provide a dependent ID card.
The active-duty military member does not need to be present.
We also have a 10% discount on memberships for military personnel, active or otherwise. Please inquire at the front desk to show military ID. Thank you for your service!
Novelis Employee Discount
As a valued part of our community, Novelis employees receive discounted admission to the Children’s Museum of Oswego! With proof of employment, employees and their family members can enjoy our exhibits and activities for just $8.80 per person. Adult IDs must show same address as Novelis Employee.
Oswego Health Employee Discount
We’re proud to support our local healthcare heroes! Oswego Health employees receive discounted admission to the Children’s Museum of Oswego for just $8.80 per person. With proof of employment, Oswego Health employees and their family members can enjoy all our exhibits. Adult IDs must reflect the same address as the Oswego Health employee.
Museums For All
Those who receive state-issued food or medical benefits can get reduced admission to the Children’s Museum as part of the Museums for All program:
New York EBT card holders receive $4 admission each, up to 4 people (including the cardholder). You must present a card and photo IDs for EACH ADULT being admitted on the card. Adult IDs must show same address as cardholder. Limit one card per household.
Reciprocal Network
CMOO is a proud participant in the Association of Children’s Museum’s Reciprocal Network. Present your valid CMOO membership card with the Reciprocal Network logo at any of the 200 museums listed in this brochure to receive 50% off general admission for up to six (6) people, including the cardholder! Tickets are $5.50.

Field Trips
At the Children’s Museum of Oswego, we love welcoming school groups and organizations for exciting and educational weekday field trips! Our hands-on exhibits and engaging activities provide the perfect opportunity for students to explore, discover, and learn through play. Field trips at CMOO are designed to inspire curiosity and make learning memorable.
Booking a field trip to the Children’s Museum of Oswego (CMOO) is easy! Simply start the process by using the Field trip Form, or reach out to us at office@cmoo.org to start the process. Our team will guide you through scheduling, help tailor the experience to fit your group’s needs, and provide all the details you need for a fun and educational visit.
Please note: We kindly ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Field trips canceled with less than 2 weeks’ notice may incur a fee.
